Nice to meet you, my name is Alicia!

I fell in love with LIFECycle and all things spin back in summer 2021 and by summer 2024 I went through training to become an instructor and never looked back since! Outside of spin I’m a registered nurse and enjoy spending my time off grabbing coffee or drinks with friends and attending other group fitness classes.

Although hard to choose, my favourite spin track might have to be a quick climb with choreo right before gratitude, allowing us to push as hard as we can before a well-deserved break. You can expect to hear all different types of music genres in my class but I gravitate towards anything with a strong beat and crazy bass drops. You can usually find me on the schedule for a noon class.
