Hey LifeSquad! My name is Ashley and I could not be more excited for this next chapter in my spin journey!

I began spinning here at Lifecycle in September 2021 after winning a 10-pack of spins in a summer giveaway. Now at that time I swore I would absolutely hate spin classes because they were so hard and it always hurt my butt! I finally used my first pass (a month before they expired) and instantly fell in love. I learned that LifeCycle classes and community were way different than any other class I had taken prior. Flash forward to a year later and I became an instructor….CRAZY!

My goal as an instructor is to always be smiling and having fun, always be improving, and always connecting with my spinners! Finding things in common with those around me is my favourite way of meeting new people!

A little about me, I am going into my final year of school to become a Registered Veterinary Technologist! Animals have always been a passion of mine and I am so fortunate to get to work with them everyday! I have two dogs at home, Merlot and Crumbs! I love to share photos of them so don’t be afraid to ask! I currently live near Watrous with my Fiancé who farms in the area!

In terms of my classes, I have always loved music so any sing-along song possible to spin to, you bet they’ll be in my playlists. I love to laugh and have a great time while spinning so I hope I pass that on to all of you! I look forward to spinning to big bass drops, mixtures of literally any music genre possible, and most importantly with everyone old and new to Lifecycle!
