Meet Me, Cloey

I’ve been part of the Lifecycle community since 2020! I started out as a rider, inspired by the incredible instructors around me to take a leap—and becoming an instructor myself has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I grew up in the small town of Foam Lake, where I kept busy playing every sport the community offered. After moving to the city for university, I quickly realized how much I missed that sense of connection. I began spinning at Lifecycle in 2018, and it instantly became one of my favorite parts of the week.

By day, I’m a full-time accountant with a B.Comm and a Master’s degree, but you'll often find me bright and early on the bike—starting the day the best way I know how: with movement and music.

In my class, expect to hear the latest updates from my life and, of course, catch me singing along to all the bangers. My goal as an instructor is to keep you smiling through the sweat and to remind us all how lucky we are that we get to move our bodies this way.
