Hey Friends!

My name is Dale and I can’t wait to spin with you! I was born and raised in Saskatoon but moved to Toronto to play lacrosse while at university before coming home to complete my Masters degree! When I’m not at the studio, you can find me working my day job in finance, officiating lacrosse and basketball, or snuggling my sweet pup Evee (yes I will always show you pictures if you ask, or probably even if you don’t).

I’m passionate about joyful movement and creating welcoming fitness spaces. I love spinning at Lifecycle because there are always chances to push myself physically and mentally and there is a place for everyone in every single class. In my class, you’ll find some heavy beats, lots of my favourite fast climbs, and some good old fashioned throwback tracks that will have you singing along in the saddle. I love bringing your favourite themes to the podium so shoot me a message with what you want to hear and we’ll make it happen!
