Hey LIFEcycle, I'm Emma. I fell in love with spin for two reasons: the music and the confidence it builds both on and off the bike. Since joining the team in 2022, I have found strength, community, and purpose in every ride and truly can’t my imagine life without it.

In my classes, you can expect to work hard, sweat it out, and challenge yourself - but also to laugh, let go, and leave feeling lighthearted and proud. I lead my classes where music and hard work come together to help you find your power. I aim to create a space where showing up is celebrated and every push is worth it.
